Terms and conditions of Rumah di Desa Bali

1. Quoted rental rates are fixed for one year. Rates for extra services are an indication. No rights can be derived from them. Prices for additional services (such as food and drinks) are influenced by local factors
2. We ask you to confirm the lease by mail within 2 weeks
3. Upon receipt of the lease 10% of the rent has to be paid before the indicated date.
4. At a cancellation the following provisions apply: More than 3 months before the start date, 90% refund of deposit, between 3 and 1 month before the start date 50% of the deposit, between 1 month and 2 weeks before the start date 25% of the deposit.
5. If you cancel within 2 weeks before the date specified in the contract, a refund of the deposit is not possible
6. When there is a no show, no refund is possible. You must pay the full rent.
7. We are lenient if there are compelling reasons of cancellation or no show. In a no show Unfortunately we can not refund the deposit.

8. The remaining amount of rent is payable together with the cost you made on location at the end of your stay at the host / hostess.
9. The landlord reserves the right room that you do not rent to rent to other guests.
10. Rumah di Desa- Bali is not liable for damage to or disappearance of personal property or personal injury caused by fault or by circumstances beyond the control of the landlord.
11. The landlord is obliged to inform you if the house is not rentable due to circumstances. You will be refunded your full deposit.
12. The landlord is in the case of section 11 not required to seek alternative accommodation. Only exception is if you are already on Bali.
